    "I stopped by on a saturday without an appointment to have my car washed and have several items looked at on my mini. The service folks took the car in right away, diagnosed the issues and provided me a cost estimate for the three items that were being a problem. I was able to get the parts needed for the tailgagte and car fixed within an hour or so. The other two items - a failed emissions sensor in the gas tank and a replacement key for the convenience package were beyond my budget. The service representative explained the pros/cons of fixing the two items and gave me quotes to have on hand should I fix them in the future.     "Every time I have brought my Camden in for service the service light is never reset. I have to look up the reset procedure every time I get back home. Secondly, my left windshield washer fluid nozzle is clogged and hasn't worked since I got the car. I'm always told. 'It's working fine.' But it clearly doesn't shoot ANY fluid. Not even a drop. Why does this keep happening?     "I drive an hour and a half to get to your dealership. The issue that was being fixed was a warrantee covered problem. I had to drive an hour and a half both ways and sit in the waiting room for hours because there were no loaner vehicles. Even the short term use of a car to go shopping or to get lunch would have been appreciated. Instead I drive a total of 3 hours and waited a total of 4 to get a problem fixed that should never have been a problem in the first place ( a faulty seal leading to a boot full of water).     "We asked for the rubber seals around the rear windows to be checked because they are damaged. It was not addressed. We asked for the carpet on the drivers side to be fixed. It rides up on the drive pedal which is a huge safety issue. Nothing was done about it. We also asked for the car to be appraised as we are considering purchasing a new vehicle. Terrell tried to get this done, but said the used car sales manager was unavailable. It seems surprising that there was no one at the dealership to do this.
