We recently purchased a used 325Cic from the Mini store in Orlando. The car needed a few items checked as a condition of sale. The service manager at Mini, Bryan Menihan, provided the best service that I have received in recent memory and my salesperson Chris Cutting was great. Our positive experience continued with Richard Gaffney and the folks at the BMW dealership. This is obviously no accident. One just does not get above average treatment from three different people in an organization without something being done right. I would say you are very good at what you do and that you are lucky to have these three helping to make it happen. I am now asking myself why I would buy a car anywhere else? I am probably not in the same league as your typical customer but I sure like being treated like one and will definitely visit one of your dealerships when the time comes again. We live almost an hour from the dealership, I work until 5:00 and they close at 6:00, so it's always a push to get there before you close, Brittany always stays if need be to take care of us.
